O REAL LICOR
The manuscript of the Royal Household recipe ‘Liqueur de Griottes’ (sour cherry liqueur), after being translated by a calligrapher and then graphically translated, there was still a need to decipher the equivalence of weights and measures.
In addition to the sour cherry fruit, alcohol, water and sugar, the Queen added lime blossom petals and two oriental spices. These three aromatic ingredients are now reproduced in natural extracts in a renowned laboratory, with the formal guarantee of exclusivity and confidentiality.
